Adrianna is a highly experienced cognitive behavioural therapist with 15 years of experience working in rehabilitation services, inspiring individuals, adolescents, and groups to become the best version of themselves!

She utilises a wide range of therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and nutrition coaching, to help her clients. Adrianna adopts a constructive approach that directs clients to move forward in a positive and resilient manner. She will enable you to understand the root cause of problematic issues and thus achieve a sense of autonomy and empowerment towards creating lasting change. Adrianna will help you flip your self-defeating thoughts and beliefs into positive ones to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. Her approach can help you cultivate a healthier lifestyle, develop stronger self-confidence, self-awareness, freer self-expression, and happier relationships with oneself and others.

Sarah is a Humanistic psychotherapist who works from a foundation of mindful-embodiment. Sarah excels at tailoring each therapeutic process to the individual client's needs and integrates many different approaches in her practice. 

Sarah supports individuals in their journey of self-discovery and healing by focusing on creating a safe, nonjudgmental -space for clients to explore their experience. Sarah works to guide clients towards having more choice and freedom in who they are and how they live their life.

As a therapist, Sarah supports individuals to make sense of their lives and connect more deeply to themselves, to understand what's creating difficulty for them and how they can create the change they want to see.

With over five years experience in the education and social care sector, Sarah is highly skilled in assisting clients to achieve life-lasting changes, which include improved ability to let go of the past, enjoy healthier relationships, and increased openness and self-compassion.

Sarah is a pre-accredited member of The Irish Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy Association of Ireland (IAHIP).

Keelin is a behavioural psychologist/ life coach with over ten years of experience assisting individuals in igniting their full potential!

Keelin assists clients in recognising and using their inner potential to transform the troubling aspects of their lives in a meaningful way. Keelin draws upon various therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. She uses a holistic and person-centred approach to help you overcome life's stumbling blocks and find constructive solutions. Through your coaching journey, you will learn how to incorporate successful strategies that can increase confidence, increase health and wellbeing, willingness to live purposefully, improved ability to navigate trying life conditions, better communication and understanding in relationships, enhanced overall personal well-being, and fulfilment.
